A friend said that she’s putting up an enterprise to recruit men and women for diverse organizations that will involve additional manpower in their firm. In short, she will be putting up a headhunter office or more commonly referred to as high quality staffers or recruitment agency. She used to work for a Singaporean enterprise for 3 years and now that she is back, she said that she was able save enough cash from her 3-year work in Singapore and now that she’s founded herself, she would certainly prefer to start her own company in her home country.

I presume that is really an awesome idea, considering that there are generally tons of unemployed individuals who demand someone to guide them look for a work. And considering that the country is just starting to recover from the recession that it experienced, anyone is going to be searching for more ways than just sticking with just one on how to earn more money to keep their particular future bright.

I haven’t seen her for 3 months ever since the last time we spoke to each other with regards to her plans of putting up a corporation wherein they would support jobseekers land an occupation the soonest available time. Then just recently, she sent me a text message saying that we could meet up if I was not busy. I was not as of the moment so I replied “sure!” and arranged a meet up at our favorite corner coffee shop next Tuesday afternoon just right after she gets out of her office. Then at the corner coffee, I requested for a tall soy green tea latte and a slice of carrot cake. Then after ten minutes, I saw her coming into the coffee shop and she acknowledged me immediately, apologizing for being a few minutes tardy. I said it’s alright. Then she said that it took her quite some time to depart her office simply because she still had to help to make a few significant calls. It appears that she did pursue her plans of setting up her own recruitment office. I was happy for her plans have ultimately materialized and this could be the start of something huge for.

She quickly pulled out her laptop from her leather bag and opened it. She said she’ll show me the web page that she paid for to be put up for her company. Upon seeing the logo of her enterprise, I was kind of frustrated due to the fact the logo spelled out WSI as if it were vines crawling up the frames surrounding it. It was badly drawn and it was too rough on the eye. The colors weren’t complementing each other and when she clicked on the logo, we were led to a website which was poorly designed.

I thought to myself, it appears like an 80′s website if the internet hasn’t been discovered yet. It absolutely was a website or something that looks like a site with a lot of wide spaces in between each sentence and at the bottom of the web page, everything was messy and you could not just about read virtually any of its contents. Unfortunately, she figured out her lesson the hard way and now, she would need to spend on someone else to fix the web page for her since she won’t attract firms to get her services if her internet site appears something like that. Web Development isn’t as simple as she thought and getting somebody who knows what they are generally doing is extremely important. You won’t just save money but precious time also.
