A huge  £ 400 million development in the Thames Gateway area in Kent will be thousands of new housing and create jobs. Work on a project called “The Bridge started” to create a new community on a site near the M25 River Thames crossing at Dartford in Kent, according to BBC reports. The developers have planned to build 1,500 homes on the site and the new community should bring a total of 7,500 jobs in the region. Since the project began to design will be around 264 hectares of brownfield sites in homes, offices, a school, a shopping center, a zoo, lakes and reclaimed landscaped open space will be transformed. The bridge project will connect Kent Thameside Fastrack transport system and buses are connected Dartford, Bluewater, Greenhithe and Gravesend in north Kent in touch.
