Author: I have a 2003 Land Rover Discovery. THe back door flew open while driving & the door won’t close. It is “off line”. What kinda of cost should I expect to repair it, if full coverage ins won’t cover it?
Do I have to replace the door or is it possible for it to be repaired?

it depends on what you have to pay for a door,if you can find a good used one the cost will be around 200 for the door and labor to install it and then it has to be painted to match,if you get a new one the cost will be about triple ,and you still have to get it painted to match,it can go as high as 1200 bucks for damage like that,it might have also damaged the hinge area also,only a body shop can tell for sure ,good luck.
mostly the latch
could be the stricer is out of adjustment. . then it would alot less
if is the latch figure 375 to 450
