I live right by the Cafe Gratitude in Oakland and am there quite often!!! They really have helped me so much, I have found food prep classes and a lot of how to from them. It would have been a longer harder road with out them. When they opened it was the right place right time for me… And I am infinitely grateful to them for being right there, and on time… many thanks to you guys for leading by example… keep on keeping on!!! and a Big Amen…!!!

  • jdjas:

  • RADIANTandRAW:

This is just what every sick person needs to hear – a personal testimony of someone who’s come through it and become such an amazing person full of well-being!!

Dave and Dan – you’re both awesome!!!!

  • shannonstudio:

Wow! Great video. You guys rock. Thank you from Portland, Oregon. I’ll be seein’ ya’ll sometime. Congrats Dave on your healings @-@ that’s fantastic.

  • notroubleatall:

Dave is such a great speaker. I wish I lived out west so I could see and hear him in person. Inspirational!

  • TheyBastardisedJesus:

Just gotta urge, beating cancer with raw food is a mental battle as much as physical. I told my friend they would cure him. But he was so skeptical, he tried it, unwillingly for just a few weeks then gave in. You gotta believe with all your heart. Healing starts in the mind xx

  • hesleyhop:

what percentage of fat ishis diet? Really, really inspiring stories and speaker!

  • tresayung:

Rawk on!! My dear Dave!! SO GLAD your sharing this with us all! We love you here at Thrive! Blessings to you brother!

  • kammoline:

what a guy! Probably one of the hardest starting points, starting on a raw food diet, constantly being on the move, limited food choices on the road etc. If this man can do it- anyone really can! This really moved me, at the end, when he says he´s cancer free….that´s just amazing stuff!

  • AdiShakti62:

Hey Dave I believe you have found a new calling! You are a great speaker and a inspiration to us all… Greetings from Southern Oregon! I know you’re passing through (sorry no Raw restaurants here ;( ) every week so I will wave to you from Medford/Ashland area…Peace!

  • SusanBessette:

Dave, you have inspired me to juice feast once a week. What is your weight loss total now?
I love your videos. All of Dan’s works are good, but yours are the best. Health and peace to you.

  • liferegenerator:

    200 pound weight loss! :)

  • peepeevagi:

I’d do it but juice allways gets my goat.
It’s the only thing that’s ever given me Salmonella.

  • lovemerawTV:

I am re-watching Dave’s videos, just so inspiring! Thanks Dan for posting them

  • jasz16piano:

how funny I have that same ultimate smoothie book by cherie calbom, and I have a juiceman juicer and just like jay kordich and cherie calbom you are an inspiration to me,though it would be risky for me to eat 100%raw cause i’m naturally skinny I juice and I eat as good as I can, but again you’re and inspiration.

  • 1dsunhope:

    what a great job

  • MissJenni2642:

Dave is the sniznit……I wonder how dan is juicin’ and drivin a truck at the same time…either way he is awesome and over joyed that he is cancer free and loosin the weight god bless dave…and you too Dan!
I cant express my gratitude for these inspirational/motivational videos.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!

  • MissJenni2642:

dave had diabetes as well? Dan do you know if he just went cold turkey on the insulin or did he phase the meds out, the reason I ask is because my dad had type 2 diabetes. I really want to help him.

  • selmicesad11:

    @peepeevagi if you’re filthy…duuuuuuuuhhhh…lol

  • peepeevagi:

Nah man i sterilize my house eeeevery other day… lol.

I know juicing is the way to go, but blame a guy for being afraid.

  • liferegenerator:

I recommend reading Dr. Gabriel Cousens’ book There is a Cure for Diabetes for guidance…and then of course consulting with a doctor before your Dad changes anything with his insulin. :D

  • MissJenni2642:

@liferegenerator cool….I will pick that book up right away. Thanks!
